lt99 Terms & Conditions

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — The lt99 website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "Member" or "User" — Any person who uses the platform through a registered account on lt99.
• "Account" — A member's personal registered profile on the lt99 platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional amount, credit, or offer provided by lt99.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The betting condition that must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Services" — Casino games, sports betting, live casino, and other features available on the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the lt99 platform, a member must be at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to verify age and may request identification documents at any time. Protecting minors from gambling or betting is our top priority.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, lt99 reserves the right to suspend or close all such accounts, and any available balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in the immediate closure of the account.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. The member is solely responsible for all activity carried out through their account. Report any unauthorised access to our support team immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile banking methods are currently accepted at lt99:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile financial service.
• Nagad — The digital wallet service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the account used for deposits, and identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

3.4 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or payment method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended and funds may be held.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳16,000 or more → Maximum ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Each bonus comes with a 25x wagering requirement, which applies to the bonus amount only (not to the deposit plus bonus). For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be used once per member per account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• lt99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of terms, the bonus will be forfeited.

5.1 Validity of Game Results

All game results on lt99 are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and fair play is ensured. If a game result is left undetermined due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be returned.

5.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets across various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The applicable rules must be followed when placing bets. If a match is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, our separate rules for the relevant market will apply.

5.3 Fraudulent Activity Prohibited

Any form of fraudulent activity — such as using bots, collusion, match fixing, or exploiting system errors — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 Maximum Bet Limits

lt99 reserves the right to set maximum bet amounts for specific games or markets. These limits may be changed at any time.

The lt99 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Members can be promoted to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. VIP rewards are subject to the same wagering requirements as bonuses. lt99 reserves the right to change the VIP benefits structure at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lt99 platform:

1. Operating an account in the name of a minor or enabling them to play.
2. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
3. Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
4. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
5. Colluding with other members or attempting to win through fraudulent means.
6. Sharing or selling account information to third parties without lt99's permission.
7. Operating an account using a false identity or another person's details.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities may result in account termination and legal action.

10.2 Member-Requested Account Closure

A member may request account closure at any time through support. It is the member's responsibility to complete any eligible withdrawals before the account is closed.

lt99 accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet connection disruption.
• Loss caused by issues with a member's own device.
• Failure of third-party software or services.
• Incomplete games due to unforeseen technical errors.
